For generations, God has been at work through this church. Today, that same mission continues as we serve Adams County and help people take their next step in faith.

A story of faithfulness

Our church has a long history of people faithfully following Jesus and sharing His message with others. What started as a small group with a heart to reach their community has grown into what we are today.

Through every season, one thing has remained the same—a desire to help people know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him.

Today, The Bridge continues that mission across Adams County, with campuses in Decatur and Berne, reaching people of all ages and stages of life.

Dave Fox

LEAD PASTOR
Dave's two great passions are to pursue Jesus and help others pursue Him! He serves at The Bridge as the Lead Pastor inviting people to become sold out in their commitment to Jesus. Dave's bride of 35 years is Missy and they have 3 adult children, Hannah, married to Jeremy Miller, Mary Grace, married to Kyle Windebank, and David, married to Mary Beth Grimm. They also have 7 grandchildren, Archie & Indy Miller, Eden & Addie Windebank, and David, Katherine & Jane Fox.

Eric Lehman

COMMUNITY PASTOR - BERNE
Eric is passionate about serving Jesus wholeheartedly and helping all people grow in their relationship with Him. Eric loves being able to serve with his amazing wife, Jodi. They have 5 adult children: Adam & Allie, Ken & Clair Taylor, and Ben. Also, they have been blessed with a wonderful granddaughter, Ruby Taylor. Eric is committed to being involved in and seeing his community fall deeper in love with Jesus and each other.

COMMUNITY PASTOR - DECATUR
Dave’s goal in life is to love God and love others. Dave’s heart has always been for reaching Adams County community for Christ. We want to build community by serving other people in our community, so they see Jesus. Dave is married to Jenny and they have 3 beautiful girls, Jaylee, Briella, and Malia. Together they enjoy spending time with family, going for walks, and playing board and/or card games.

Cieara Wengerd

CONNECTIONS PASTOR - BERNE
Cieara is passionate about teaching others about salvation through faith in Jesus Christ and the grace, forgiveness, love, and freedom that come with it. She serves The Bridge by connecting, organizing, and discipling in ministries that amplify programs to bring God all the glory. Over the past 8 years, she’s worn many hats and deeply loves the staff, sensing the Holy Spirit throughout the church. Cieara and her husband David, married since 2012, have four children: Reese, Laithon, Blaikly, and Emmitt. She says David is the muscle and love behind the scenes, helping make her dreams of serving Christ daily come true.

Rocky Evans

WORSHIP PASTOR - BERNE
Rocky has led worship in our community for the past twenty years and has also worked as the South Adams Campus Life Director with Youth For Christ. He’s driven by two main motivators: that people come to know Jesus as Lord and grow closer to Him daily. He has been married to his best friend, Lily, since 2003. They have five amazing children they call “The Crazies”: Blake, Carter, Pierre, Brynn, and Maddie.

Dustin Wagner

WORSHIP PASTOR - DECATUR
Dustin serves The Bridge by combining his love for playing and singing music, leading people deeper in their relationship with Jesus, and a desire to reach unchurched people for his current responsibility. Dustin leads and serves our musicians and tech positions for the North Campus as they work to step into what God is doing to create an excellent experience for our Sunday services. Dustin married his wife Christie in 2007, and they have two children, Daxton and Shaylie.

Maria Sprunger

Young Adults Pastor
Maria joined Bridge Staff in Fall of 2025 and has a passion for Young Adults to know Jesus and grow in community together. She is a Southern Indiana native, a graduate of Liberty University, and an avid reader! Maria is married to her best friend, Josiah, who is her biggest supporter and co-worker in discipleship and spreading the gospel. She has a deep desire for all to know God’s Word and enter into relationship with Him.

Ethan Davis

HIGH SCHOOL PASTOR - DECATUR
Ethan came to The Bridge in the Summer of 2023. He has a real passion for helping students to take the next steps in their relationship with Christ and watching them become family members in the body of Christ. He is excited to get to serve on Jesus' mission here in Adams County! Ethan is a 2019 Manchester High School graduate and a 2022 graduate of Huntington University. Ethan enjoys playing sports and being in nature in his free time.

Tony Mosser

YOUTH PASTOR - BERNE
Tony joined our staff in August of 2024, and currently serves as youth pastor at our Berne campus. He is an Adams County native and has a passion to help the youth of our community find their true identity in Jesus Christ, and pursue an authentic relationship with him. In his free time, Tony loves working with his family on their family farm, Pleasant Ridge, raising and training Jersey cattle to be shown by Team Mosser all over the country. Tony and his lovely wife, Natasha, have their hands full as they are the proud parents of Craig and Tazza, Anthony, Logan and Desiree, Noah, Myla, Macy, Lexi, and 5 grandkids.

Tim Willborn

MIDDLE SCHOOL PASTOR - DECATUR
Tim is an Ohio native and IPFW graduate. He is deeply passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives and witnessing their genuine connection with God. Since high school, he has actively volunteered with his church and Youth For Christ, eventually becoming a part of the YFC staff. Walking with God daily and guiding students on their spiritual journeys and growing their personal relationship with God are his ultimate goals.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY - BERNE
Tami has been at The Bridge from the beginning. She began teaching 2 & 3 year olds and then became one of the children’s pastors in 2002. Tami and her husband Bob have 3 wonderful children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. Tami loves sharing Jesus with children and their families.

Jake Snider

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY- DECATUR
Jake rejoined our staff in March of 2024, and currently serves as our Children’s Pastor in Decatur. He is passionate about helping kids and their parents build a firm foundation of faith, that will equip the next generation to be fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Previously, Jake served as our middle school pastor, and spent some time on staff at YFC. Jake and his wonderful wife have 3 lovely daughters; Eva, Rory, and Wendy.

Amber Stevens

PRESCHOOL MINISTRY -DECATUR
Amber has been married to her best friend for 13 years and they have 3 amazingly sweet kiddos together. She has a deep-seated passion for Children's Ministry. Amber believes there is no greater joy than watching a child’s eyes light up as they discover how much Jesus loves them. She’s dedicated to building a foundation of faith for her own family and the children in our community. With any downtime she gets, Amber enjoys vacationing with her family, being with loved ones, and reading a good book. She loves to see the world God has blessed us with.

Kaylea Baker

DIGITAL MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Kaylea grew up at The Bridge and now serves on staff as the Digital Media Director. Her heart is to make heaven crowded, and she loves that she can use creativity and media to reach the every. Outside of ministry, she loves engaging in photography, being outdoors, rescuing animals, and spending time with her family. Kaylea is married to her very talented and handsome husband Jason, and they have two beautiful daughters, Ellie and Emma.

Leesa Huston

CARE MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Leesa joined The Bridge staff in fall 2025, and is passionate about loving and serving Jesus while sharing His love with others. A native of Adams County, she’s thankful to serve her home community again. For 19 years, she held leadership roles at Fort Wayne Rescue Mission Ministries and STAR 88.3 Christian Radio. Now, she joyfully serves as Care Ministry Director at The Bridge’s Decatur campus. Leesa is a proud mom of two adult children, two in-law children, and a proud grandma to six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She treasures time with her large family and enjoys supporting her grandkids at sporting events. Leesa is deeply committed to serving Jesus and excited about what God is doing in Adams County.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Missy Fox is the Women’s Director and a part of the speaking team on Sunday. She has served at The Bridge for 23 years. She is marred to Dave and they have 3 married kids with 7 grandchildren.

Lucas Harvey

Athletic Pastor
Lucas grew up coming to the Bridge. He is a graduate of Adams Central and Taylor University. He is passionate about getting to know others and learning their story. Lucas loves the way that we can experience the love of Christ through playing sports together. He enjoys spending time outdoors, drinking coffee, and playing sports.

Kim Baumann

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Kim has overseen the daily operation of The Bridge since 2002 and loves working behind the scenes with our ministry staff. She also enjoys serving in Children’s Ministry as well as leading and working with the volunteers in the Bridge Café Ministry at our Decatur campus. Kim and her husband Doug have been attending and serving at The Bridge since 2001.

Ty Hanni

ADMINISTRATION/SECURITY
Since 2004, Ty Hanni has been serving The Bridge Community Church, applying his skills in administration and technology to help bring people closer to Christ. Ty brings a wealth of experience to the role and holds an Associate of Science degree in law enforcement, showcasing his diverse background. Ty is happily married to his beautiful wife, LaDana, and they are blessed with three sons: Derek (who is married to Madie), Drew, and Logan. Ty is also the proud grandfather of five wonderful grandchildren: Hunter, Vivien, Ezra, Adelynn and Amelia.
